Ingredients

Main
  • 1 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Two tall glasses
  • Spoon for stirring
  • Cutting board (optional)
  • Knife (optional)

Method

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment to ensure a smooth preparation process.
  2. Pour 1 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt into the blender.
  3. Slowly add 3/4 cup of milk to the blender, adjusting for desired thickness.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup as sweetener.
  5. Pour in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance flavors.
  6. Add 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries to the blender.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes for a frosty texture.
  8. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  9. Taste the drink and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or milk if necessary.
  10. Pour the yogurt drink into two glasses and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.

Notes

Use frozen berries instead of fresh for a naturally thicker drink that requires less ice and won’t dilute as the ice melts.
