Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk
  • 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Strainer (optional)
  • Bottle or pitcher for storage

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them properly.
  2. In a blender, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add white rum to the blender and blend to mix.
  4. Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and salt. Blend until fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or spices if necessary.
  6. Pour the mixture into a bottle or pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  7. Before serving, shake well and pour into glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.

Notes

For an even more creamy and flavorful eggnog, allow it to chill overnight.
