  • 2 tablespoons Nescafe instant coffee
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup milk or your choice of milk alternative
  • 2 tablespoons sugar adjust to taste
  • Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of Nescafe instant coffee with 2 cups of cold water.
  2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar while the coffee is still warm to dissolve completely.
  3. Let the coffee mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Fill your ice cube tray with water and freeze until solid.
  5. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee mixture, 1 cup of milk, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until frothy.
  6. Take a taste and add more sugar if desired.
  7. Pour the blended mixture into serving glasses.
  8. Top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cocoa powder if desired and enjoy.

Notes

For an even richer flavor, try using cold brew coffee instead of instant coffee.
