  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 2 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 1 oz Soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Fill your wine or spritz glass generously with ice cubes.
  3. Measure and pour 2 ounces of Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto over the ice.
  4. Next, slowly pour in 3 ounces of Prosecco to maintain the bubbles.
  5. Top off your drink with 1 ounce of soda water.
  6. Using a spoon, gently stir the mixture to combine the flavors.
  7. Take a slice of orange and place it on the rim of your glass as a garnish.
  8. Sip and enjoy the refreshing blend of flavors.
