Ingredients

Main
  • 1/4 cup gummy bears assorted colors and flavors
  • 6 ounces fruit juice cranberry, orange, pineapple, or mixed berry
  • 1.5 ounces vodka optional
  • 4 –5 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces Sprite or ginger ale optional
  • 1 lemon or lime wheel optional garnish

Equipment

  • Tall drinking glass
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Stirring spoon
  • Jigger (optional)
  • Ice (regular or crushed)

Method

  1. Chill your glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before assembling.
  2. Gather all ingredients: gummy bears, juice, vodka, ice, and garnish.
  3. Fill a tall glass halfway with 4–5 ice cubes.
  4. Add 1/4 cup gummy bears to the glass, distributing them evenly among the ice.
  5. Pour 6 ounces of fruit juice over the gummy bears and ice slowly to keep them suspended.
  6. If using alcohol, add 1.5 ounces vodka to the glass.
  7. Top the drink with 2 ounces of Sprite or ginger ale if desired for extra fizz.
  8. Stir gently from bottom to top to combine all ingredients and distribute gummy bears.
  9. Taste and adjust sweetness or strength by adding more juice, gummy bears, or simple syrup as needed.
  10. Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel on the rim, insert a straw and small spoon, and serve immediately.

Notes

Use cold juice and serve within 10 to 15 minutes for best texture; gummy bears will soften and flavors intensify over time.
