Ingredients

  • 6 ripe kiwis peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or agave syrup optional
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Pinch of sea salt

Method
 

  1. Choose 6 ripe kiwis and peel them. Roughly chop the kiwi flesh and discard the skin.
  2. Add the chopped kiwis to the blender pitcher.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of cold water or coconut water.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice and 1 tablespoon of raw honey or agave syrup if using.
  5. Blend the mixture on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds until completely smooth.
  6. If desired, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl, pressing gently with a spoon to achieve a silky texture.
  7. Fill 2 serving glasses with ice cubes and divide the juice between them.
  8. Serve immediately for best flavor and vibrant color.
