- Rinse the cranberries under cold water to remove any debris.
- In a large pot, combine the cranberries and water.
- Bring the pot to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat.
- Simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Use a fine mesh strainer to separate the juice from the cranberry pulp.
- Return the strained juice to the pot and add sugar and lemon juice.
- Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Prepare your canning jars by sterilizing them.
- Using a canning funnel, fill the jars with the hot juice, leaving half an inch of headspace.
- Seal the jars with lids and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
