Method
- In a large jar or pitcher, mix the coarsely ground coffee with cold water to steep.
- Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
- Strain the steeped coffee using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to separate grounds from the liquid.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.
- Pour milk over the cold brew until the glass is nearly full.
- Add sweetener according to your preference and stir gently.
- Enjoy your cold brew latte.
Notes
For an extra frothy texture, use a milk frother or shake the milk vigorously before adding it to your latte.
