Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener like simple syrup or flavored syrup
  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Large jar or pitcher
  • Fine mesh strainer or coffee filter
  • Measuring cup
  • Glass for serving
  • Spoon for stirring

Method
 

  1. In a large jar or pitcher, mix the coarsely ground coffee with cold water to steep.
  2. Cover the jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
  3. Strain the steeped coffee using a fine mesh strainer or coffee filter to separate grounds from the liquid.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the cold brew concentrate over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.
  6. Pour milk over the cold brew until the glass is nearly full.
  7. Add sweetener according to your preference and stir gently.
  8. Enjoy your cold brew latte.

Notes

For an extra frothy texture, use a milk frother or shake the milk vigorously before adding it to your latte.
