Method
 

  1. Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  2. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the chestnut puree and whisk until smooth.
  4. Add the praline syrup and vanilla extract, whisking until combined.
  5. Froth the milk mixture using the whisk for 2-3 minutes to create a frothy texture.
  6. Pour the milk mixture over the brewed espresso in your mug.
  7. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped roasted chestnuts if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh chestnut puree for the best flavor. Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of praline syrup.
