Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into thick rounds.
  2. In a large glass jar, add sliced bananas, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Pour vodka over the banana mixture, ensuring bananas are fully submerged.
  4. Seal the jar tightly with the lid to prevent any air from entering.
  5. Store the jar in a cool, dark place for about a week, shaking gently every couple of days.
  6. After a week, strain the banana liqueur using a strainer or cheesecloth.
  7. Use a funnel to pour the strained liqueur into a clean bottle for storage.
  8. Chill the liqueur in the refrigerator before serving.
